Shipping policy

Production and Delivery

All products are made to order to reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste. Production times vary depending on the product type, availability, and production location.

Most products are produced within 2–7 business days, but certain items, such as hoodies, shirts, and knitted sweaters, may take longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Norway: 5–10 business days after production
• Europe: 7–14 business days after production
• USA: 5–10 business days after production
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days after production

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time

For certain products manufactured or shipped from China, the USA, or other international warehouses, the total delivery time may be longer. In some cases, delivery may take up to 26 days.

Tracking

You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order has been shipped. You can track your package all the way to delivery.

Customs and Duties

For international orders outside Norway, customs duties, import fees, or local taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination country.

We recommend checking with your local customs authorities if you are unsure about which fees apply in your country.

Delays

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weekends, customs clearance, high demand, or unforeseen delays from the shipping carrier.
